A manual TestFlight release workflow is prepared for a future validated candidate. Release checks and review of the app-specific privacy policy are still pending. No TestFlight build or invitation is available, and the app has not been released in the App Store or Google Play. Build 39 remains the latest confirmed installed prototype.
CORCINGA is not accepting tutoring inquiries, enrollment requests, or tutoring update-list signups at this time. The tutoring and enrollment pages remain available only as clear status notices. Apps, books, Field Notes, feedback, and product update lists continue as normal.
Corcinga Patrol™ 0.1.0 (Build 39) was installed on the owner’s iPhone and opened for physical testing. Owner testing found that current-address display and automatic location behavior still require correction, along with identified interface and reference issues. Build 39 is not presented as accepted. Build 40 remains development work and has not been installed on the owner’s iPhone. The app remains a prototype and is not publicly distributed through TestFlight, the App Store, or Google Play.
The District 1 road and routing audit passed its scoped technical checks for direction, topology, rendering, route behavior, and preservation. All five of five rail-grade records are resolved, and Pilot A technical acceptance passed. Mac-capable release validation and owner visual review remain separate, pending release-review steps. This is not a consumer version, public-playable build, store release, or release-date announcement.
Build 36 was freshly built and signed in release mode, installed wirelessly in place on the owner’s iPhone, and launched successfully without replacing the existing installation or its app-owned data. Owner testing found location issues, so it was not accepted. Build 39 is now the latest installed prototype.
Build 33 was signed, installed wirelessly as an update, and launched successfully on the owner’s iPhone. App-owned data and both optional map packages were preserved. Its governed suite passed 996/996 checks, the focused suite passed 53/53, iOS Simulator scenarios passed 2/2, and Android native validation passed 1/1. Build 39 is now the latest installed prototype, while Build 19 remains the latest milestone with completed owner UI acceptance.
The latest internal work combines fictional District 1 geography, road and parcel structure, streaming, Command Map, and Live City presentation. Scoped visual checks passed, while owner aesthetic review and remaining metric-layout quality checks are pending. This is not a consumer version, public-playable build, store release, or release-date announcement.
Build 19 passed physical owner acceptance on an iPhone and remains the protected accepted prototype baseline. Build 39 is newer and installed, but owner testing identified unresolved issues and it is not presented as accepted. Corcinga Patrol remains a prototype and is not publicly distributed through TestFlight, the App Store, or Google Play. Cook County 2025/2026 imagery remains separate and is not authorized for integration pending licensing and source approval.
Build 11 was installed in place over the accepted Build 10 baseline and passed physical owner acceptance on an iPhone. Existing app data was preserved, and the Standard NAIP aerial package remained intact. It is retained here as historical chronology.
Build 7 was installed in place over Build 6 and launched successfully on a physical iPhone. All 450 automated checks passed across iOS, Android, native, privacy, and protected-data validation. It is retained here as historical chronology.
Build 5 was installed in place over Build 4 without removing the existing app. It is retained here as historical chronology.
The Apps launcher is simpler, major project pages now show compact status and availability summaries, and the homepage surfaces four meaningful verified updates without replacing the full historical record.
The metallic gold “C,” silver city skyline, and dark navy shield are the confirmed visual source of truth for Corcinga City™. The website uses this artwork for the project’s app identity while keeping gameplay images clearly labeled as development concepts.
Apps and Enrollment now use clear public addresses while old links continue to redirect. Visitors can join or leave focused email lists for tutoring, apps, books, and Field Notes. Updated privacy, terms, accessibility, sharing, and performance improvements are also included.
The mobile app previously shown under the Corcinga Field Guide working name is now Corcinga Patrol™. Corcinga Field Guide remains available for the related book and field-notebook ecosystem. The trademark symbol is a common-law claim, not a statement of federal registration.
The planned launch process uses a protected intake, verified parent or guardian contact information, private location confirmation, home-session safety questions, and visit check-ins. Enrollment is not open, and no child or home-address information is collected on the public page.
The approved Corcinga Patrol icon combines a public-safety shield, page-shaped C, compass, and bookmark for clear recognition on Android and iPhone. It does not use a City of Chicago or Chicago Police Department logo.
The approved prototype content version is 2026.08.30.1. Reference updates are data-only and still require human review; they do not automatically approve procedures. The Photo / Evidence Upload guide and Improve This App feedback remain frontend-only, with no live evidence connection or production feedback service.
The Field Notes page keeps the Traffic Crash edition first and shows the planned Case Report, Arrest / Enforcement, and Traffic / Other editions. Future ordering will support individual books and sets, while the permanent page will handle reorders and simple account-free feedback.
Visitors can now send feedback with only a message; name, phone, and email are optional. Human checks, bot traps, rate limits, and escalating blocks protect the form. The Enrollment page explains the planned protected tutoring intake without pretending an unfinished form or login is active.
The current 3-by-6-inch concept uses a rigid cover and backer, metal binding, 50 sheets, and a six-page workflow per crash. Final individual-book and set pricing remains unconfirmed until production costs, packaging, inventory, and fulfillment are settled.
Tutoring is planned for children ages 4–6 in Math, English, and other subjects, with no more than six children enrolled. The current planned rate range is $30–$40 per hour. Session length, available days and times, location, opening date, and policies are still being finalized.
The current Corcinga Patrol MVP includes Traffic Stops, Traffic Crashes, a public ILCS reference area, and a restricted-directory placeholder. Automated tests and simulator checks passed on both platforms; it is not yet available in an app store.
The concept gallery now shows calls, staffing, crisis coordination, district intelligence, and major-incident command layouts for Android and iPhone. These are development concepts and may change.
The Books page now features the covers for Ngam sa min and Tawng in lam Thil Min. Formats, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and purchasing will be posted only after they are finalized.
